PUBLIC EVENT HIRE DETAILS:~
Upfront Hire Costs: None - We come along and attend your event for no upfront hire fee and charge your public attendees at source.
Our Requirements: As we attend these events without an upfront hire fee, we carefully assess each enquiry to ensure it is commercially viable for our business. To be considered, events should meet the following criteria:

The event should be well established and expected to attract at least 1,000 visitors.

There should be a strong programme of local and social media advertising to promote the event.

For ticketed events, a minimum of 2,000 ticket sales is expected.

We are unable to attend ticketed events where all attractions and stalls are included free of charge within the ticket price.

As our attendance is weather dependent, we reserve the right to withdraw if adverse weather conditions (such as high winds or heavy rain) make it unsafe or impractical to operate, unless we are provided with a suitable indoor location.

Please note that meeting the above criteria does not guarantee attendance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any event at our discretion, based on its overall suitability and commercial viability.
Areas Covered: We attend events within a 60 mile radius of LL57 (Bangor, Gwynedd).
Electric required: Depending on which attractions you require, please contact us to ask.
Indoor/Outdoor use: These attractions can be used both indoors and outdoors, but you must consider attraction size.
Is Prizeware Included: Yes, we let your public attendees 'buy' a game directly from us, and each wins a prize.
Is this Package Manned?: Yes, with a trained member of staff.
Do we hold a HSG 175 Certificate?: No, this package does not require a HSG 175 Certificate (see ADIPS for more information).
