DUTCH PANCAKES (POFFERTJES) HIRE
You've likely seen them at the festive Christmas markets, here in the UK (or perhaps when holidaying in Holland) and now we're offering these delightful mini pancakes to you and your guests. Watch from our pretty Carnival Treats Alpine Chalet, as our cook drops small dollops of pancake batter into small circular dishes, then quickly flips them over, before taking a tray and popping into it, 8 x Dutch Pancakes (or Poffertjes as they're better known in the Netherlands). Next we'll offer you a choice of tasty toppings from a dusting of Icing Sugar, warmed Nutella®, Whipped Cream or even a knob of Butter, as they're traditionally served. Once tasted, you'll find passing these tiny treats up, impossible!

Standard Hire Cost From: £495.00
Set up: Must be built up on even ground with direct access to set up area for our trailer. Carnival Treats Chalet has an operating area of (h) 10ft x (w) 10ft x (d) 10ft. Set up takes approx. 2 hours to erect and 2 hours to pull down.
Electric required: Yes, to run the Poffertjes Machines, Bain Marie, Chocolate Melter's and to illuminate Stall. A generator can be hired from us for an additional cost. Please ensure proposed placement of Chalet is positioned away from any smoke alarms if required inside your hire venue.
Indoor/Outdoor use: This attraction can be used ground floor, indoors and outdoors, as long as a trailer can be pulled directly into it's set up site. You will need to consider attraction size and any installation restrictions for indoor use.

Are these suitable for Vegans? No, however the Dutch Pancakes themselves are Vegetarian (Toppings will differ however).
How many portions are included: Up to 80 x 8 Dutch Pancakes (Poffertjes) within the 2 hours hire time included.
Is this Package Manned?: Yes, by 2 members of staff.
Do we hold a HSG 175 Certificate?: No, our Fun Foods do not require a HSG 175 Certificate (see ADIPS for more information).
Do we hold any Food Safety Certificates? Yes, we posses both Powys 5 Star Rating and Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificates.
